Having amassed a myriad of materials over 20 years spent working in an art dept I was inspired to put them to use in these 5 mixed media collages. I love how they reflect the many busy hours of creativity spent working with numerous students and some cherished colleagues
Along with the collage materials there is paint and various acrylic mediums with a final protective coat of burnished wax.
Unless otherwise requested, all work is set into simple tray frames and ready to hang.

This series of 8 30×30 and 4 50× 50cm pieces were inspired by a damaged book I picked up and was inspired by the paper quality, text and illustrations. Each name references the series and its unique colour.
